This fully furnished and equipped 3 bedroom luxury condo features a king bed in the master, a queen bed in the second room and a Murphy twin bed in the third room. A foldaway bed has also been provided so that 6 people can sleep comfortably. Have your morning breakfast on the balcony featuring breathtaking direct bay views or relax and watch a movie on the flat screen TV. All linens, towels, kitchen utensils, pots and pans provided. Just bring your clothes, toothbrush and your enthusiasm for a great vacation. Enjoy the heated intracoastal pool with amazing bay views or the more private 2nd pool with a barbeque grill. Play a some tennis in one of two lighted tennis courts or get a good workout at the clubhouse gym.

Get in your car and be at the beach in only a minute or you can go to the award winning Hollywood beach which is just 10 minutes away. Enjoy shopping at the hip Aventura Mall or go to the nearby Bal Harbour shops. There are plenty of family and high cuisine restaurants in the area or if you prefer to drive for 25 minutes or so you can stroll through Las Olas Riverfront in Fort Lauderdale or Ocean Drive in South Beach. Whether its deep sea fishing, casino and racetracks, or golfing, Aventura and its surroundings have it all.
