Great value, great welcome, great property

“ Not since I was at college has anyone suggested I share an apartment. But travelling to San Diego for a conference we wanted to save some hotel costs and I reluctantly agreed. The result was a surprisingly pleasant experience. We were met by Kelly, who welcomed us to a charmingly restored Victorian home, where we enjoyed the privacy of two en suite bedrooms, a large and tastefully furnished lounge and a large modern, well equipped kitchen. We chose not to make use of the available off street parking, with an easy 20 minute stroll to the convention centre, a $15 cab ride from the airport, and local walking distance grocery stores and restaurants. The result was we had some gentle exercise, some great nights’ sleep on feather pillows and the ability to create early morning and late night snacks, all at a fraction of the cost of big hotel prices. I was even able to launder my running kit each morning in the provided washer and dryer. Next time I’m in San Diego, I’ll be sure to give Kelly a call to book my accommodation. In summary – great accommodation, great value, and a warm and friendly welcome.”
