Brand new to our inventory, this lovely, 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment is located on the first floor of a completely refurbished walk-up building in the heart of the East Village. A corner apartment, it is light-filled and airy. Tasteful appointments include crown molding, marble baths, stainless kitchen appliances, granite counter tops and wood floors. The galley kitchen is compact but complete and includes a washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the 2nd bedroom has a full bed and its own bathroom. The living room/dining area space has a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a dining seating for four. With the Union Square Farmers Market steps away and some of Manhattan’s most renowned restaurants within close, walking distance, the area is a culinary paradise. The location cannot be beat for access to public transportation, as the Union Square Station is serviced by the 4, 5 , 6 , L, N , Q, R, and W trains.
