Enjoy breathtaking ocean and marsh views from your private backyard. Seagull Beach (you can see distant views of it from the back yard) is one of the best beaches on the Cape, and it's just 1.8 miles away from this 3 bedroom, 2 full-bath family friendly home. This beach offers something for everyone of all ages. Due to the calm waters and soft clean sand, this beach is perfect for all types of activities from taking a relaxing dip to playing a little volleyball to getting lost in a great book. The beach also offers public restrooms and showers, in season lifeguards, a picnic area and concessions.

This vacation home was completely renovated inside and out in preparation for your stay. Guests enjoy a spacious family room with a 46 inch LCD flat screen, Direct TV with a boat load of pay stations, DVD player and lots of DVD's for your enjoyment. Relax in this getaway retreat while you BBQ on your private backyard deck which abuts conservation. We have thought of it all so you experience a wonderful vacation and leave with fond memories of Cape Cod.

This home is tucked away yet close to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, beaches and the ferry to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard. It's located on the south side of route 28 in West Yarmouth which is the second oldest town on Cape Cod, with lots of historic charm. The town boasts 15 public saltwater beaches, five freshwater beaches and two municipal golf courses.

About The Owner

We have lived on the South Shore most of our lives and we each had fond memories of trips to Cape Cod growing up. When I was a little girl my family would vacation on the cape each Summer. My husband lived in West Barnstable for many years and we also have family in West Yarmouth. The Cape has always given us that feeling of relaxation the minute you get over the bridge. Those who have vacationed on Cape Cod know what we mean... We hope you enjoy your stay.

Why The Owner chose West Yarmouth

This home has been in our family for over 40 years. We have always enjoyed the location as it offers several great restaurants close by, shopping, sightseeing and of course the beach. The home also has beautiful views of the salt marsh and ocean. Sea Gull beach can been seen from a distance in the backyard. The out door deck faces South and has sun all day long. On the Fourth of July you can sit on the deck and watch the Sea Gull Beach Fireworks display 'Truly Spectacular' event. It's a great place to enjoy all that Cape Cod has to offer while relaxing in your very private retreat.

What makes this house unique

Our home is just a few streets away from Route 28 which is lined with great places to go. It's near all the hot spots yet tucked away on a dead-end street affording you complete flexibility to escape and relax in your very private back yard.

Very nice, clean, well stocked family house!

We had an amazing time here!! The house was very stocked, very clean, backed up to a very cool marsh (which my husband just had to put on his waders and walk out into) it's a perfect location for kids, end of the street, safe, and quite neighborhood! We brought our dog, and he had a blast as well!! We look forward to returning!!!

THE TITLE SAYS IT ALL. WE HAD A GREAT TIME THE HOUSE IS GREAT VERY WARM AND YOU FELT LIKE YOU WERE AT HOME. EVERYTHING YOU NEEDED WAS RIGHT THERE. EVEN OUR DOG BRANDY FELT LIKE SHE WAS AT HOME. SHE LOVED LAYING ON THE BACK DECK SOAKING UP THE SUN. WE LOVED HAVING OUR MORNING COFFEE WATCHING THE SUN RISE. IT WAS THE MOST RELAXING VACATION WE HAVE HAD. my family and I enjoyed staying at this cape cod home...the beach is just a few minutes away by bike ...we thoroughly enjoyed breakfast on the porch watching the wildlife and views of the marsh. The house was clean and well maintained, equipped with cooking,beach and laundry supplies ...the kids enjoyed playing mini golf at (pirates cove), going bike riding on the cape code rail trail and day trips around the cape...we have recommended this property to friends and family. We plan on returning again.

Tom & Deb have thought of everything!

This is our second year renting with them and we will continue to go each summer. The house is clean,modern, well maintained, comfortable and inviting. Equiped with all the necessary items for a great vacation week. The breath taking view adds to the home and there is nothing better than having your morning coffee on the back deck looking at all that nature has to offer. The house is minutes away from Route 28, away from the hustle & bustle and is easily accessible to all the great restaurants & family attractions. I would definitely recommend this home for your vacation!

We have stayed at quite a few VRBO homes on our vacations and this home is definitely on the top of our list. It was clean, clean, clean! Debbie has completed the home with so many extras it felt like we were staying in our own home. The location was perfect for our sightseeing and shopping trips from Providence town to Martha's vineyard. We loved watching the wild life from the patio and the bunnies
hopping about. Debbie was very helpful answering our questions and is a telephone call away if you need her. The home is even more lovely than the photos. We would recommed it to anyone. DiParma restaurant is excellent. A perfect Cape Cod vacation spot.
