Lakefront Home - With an OPEN boat ramp!!!

What a wonderful place to stay! This is a great place to stay for a large group of people. We had about 15 people and there was still extra room to roam. The kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you would need. There was plenty of extra towels, sheets, blankets and air mattresses. Eventhough the water is low, it is still an amzing view of the lake. Mary and Ray were great to work with, and I look forward to staying there again in the future.

We rented this house to celebrate my 40-th Bday. We are a small group of close friends that enjoy cooking, having a cup of wine at the lake and listen to some good music.

The house is much larger than the pictures show and has plenty of space inside and outside.

It is on 3 levels, a first level play room, an intermediate level with separate room and bathroom and the upper level with kitchen, rooms and utilities.

The rooms are large and clean, the kitchen is large and efficient with all possible tools, so everything met or exceeded our expectations.

We spent the first night dining and enjoying the nice weather on the large balcony, the view is simply beautiful. Then the second day we had a BBQ with friends and enjoyed the gazebo outside in the garden and the large play room.
The lake is just in front of the house, a one minute walk even now that the level is so low, and we enjoyed bathing in the cove. We also took our boat out and that was really fun.

Ray and Mary (the landlords) are very accomodating and helpful. There was even a gift for us, a bottle of California Cabernet, very good wine by the way, thank you.

I already recommended this property for my friend's birthday, and would recommend it to you as well!

We spent Labor day weekend at this house, we love it. The house is well designed. The living room is facing Lake Travis. There is a bed room and a futon at the loft which is separate from the main floor. Our teen stayed there. The first floor has more space, we played ping pong ball there, we had fun! The main floor is at the second floor with three bedrooms which fit us well.
We did not bring a boat this time but we still had a lot of fun. We cooked our meals. The kitchen has everything we need.
We biked and walked around the neighborhood under the tree and along the lake. Feed the deers. And we did zip line which is close by.

The house is really clean. The owner is very nice to provide us informations about the attractions around. The teens went to Austin and farmer market. They enjoyed it. It was close also.

Three family went together this time. We consider coming back sometime in the future.
