No surcharge during the holidays!!! Enjoy the holidays at our standard rates! Bring your boat and all the kids! The boat ramp is open. The kids will love fishing and feeding the deer and you will love the beautiful view and the tranquility. Perfect for family vacations and corporate retreats! This newly furnished, private, lakefront home in Lago Vista features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 1 bath with shower. The bottom level is an open area where the kids and pets can play indoors. The loft area features an enclosed bedroom and private bathroom. There is also a separate balcony located off the loft. The 3rd level is the main living area with 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room with washer/dryer. The main living area has spectacular lake views from the living room and direct access to the balcony.

Nearest Airport: Austin Airport at 40 Miles
Although google maps does not show this as being lakefront, it DEFINATELY is (it shows as being across the street) The lake is literally right out your back door! Located near the boat ramp. There is one neighbor next door and one down the street. This is a quiet neighborhood with an abundance of deer. The evenings are very peaceful.
