Perfect location

I was a little hesitant at first to rent with no reviews but I can not say enough good things about this property. We had the 4 of us the first few nights and the kids loved sleeping in the "boat" bed, and after my sis and her family came it was spacious enough for 4 adults and the 4 kids. There is a pool table right off the living area, multiple games in the basement and a deck out back and in front. There is no real yard and it was kind of weedy, not bad when we went, but I could see mid-July mosquitos being a problem. Kitchen is fully loaded with utensils and the only thing we really had to worry about was food. It is close to the dunes, go carts, mini golf, family activities within walking distance, the pool was down when we went but it is right across the street and looks very well maintained. The association's park could use a little maintance but again it is right there with various things for kids to do. You can walk to pretty much anywhere you need to go. The house is in a perfect location and we enjoyed the area very much! I would recommend this vacation property to anyone looking to spend time at the dunes:)
