You will love the location of the property. It is in on a lake where there is good bass fishing and kayaking and the view is spectacular. You face the lake and the Atlantic Ridge Nature Preserve where you can hike all day. You are only minutes, 1 mile to the South Fork River for some adventure kayaking or canoeing. You can see alligators, otters and many birds there. The Halpatiokee Regional Park, only 1.5 miles away, offers tennis, baseball, playground, soccer and an inline skating rink. It's a short 15 mile drive to beautiful beaches. I95 is only 2.5 miles away so you can hit the attractions in Orlando or Palm Beach. With easy access to I95 and the Turnpike everything is easy to get to. For downtown shopping, restaurants, art festivals and night life there is historic Stuart, Downtown PGA, City Place and Worth Boulevard, Palm Beach. Golf courses are less than 5 miles away. You will be in an Estate neighborhood with a playground that is family safe for evening walks or biking.

This estate home is centrally located in Stuart, Florida, 20 minutes to beautiful beaches. Easy access to both I95 and the Florida Turnpike, allows shopping in Palm Beach or going to the airport in only 30 minutes. Orlando attractions are only 90 minutes as is Miami. Locally, there is superb kayaking in the St.Lucie River only a mile away or the Loxahatchee River, both are wild and scenic rivers where you will see alligators, otters and birds of prey. The Halpatiokee County Park has tennis, baseball, soccer, hiking and biking trails and is only 2 miles away. A children's playground is there and within the community. Great bass fishing, 4-8 lbs is in the lake behind the house where you can also kayak. The Atlantic Ridge Preserve which borders the house offers miles of hiking. Charter fishing, pier fishing and golf are all just minutes away. Downtown Stuart offers many arts festivals and fine restaurants. Casinos, dog track and betting venues are also nearby.
