You'll love this swanky beach retreat with panoramic ocean views from Catalina Island to Malibu! Dolphins can be seen nearly everyday playing in the waves amongst the surfers. The bird's eye view also allows for great people watching on the strand. The lower corner unit is available in this 'all vacation rental' tri-plex in North Manhattan Beach.

This is a studio apartment with a 'Murphy bed', one bathroom beach front unit, which sleeps two adults comfortably. The living area has 16 feet of view windows and is furnished with a chocolate leather sofa and contemporary wicker chairs for relaxing. The fully equipped kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, dishes, broiler, etc. At night, draw the blinds, pull the Murphy bed down to transform into your bedroom.

This oceanfront pad is located directly on 'The Strand', which is a walking path or 'promenade' that runs along the beach for several miles. Centrally located only 3 miles south of LAX, several Los Angeles attractions are just a short drive away (Disneyland, Hollywood, Queen Mary, Rodeo Drive, Venice; all within 45 minutes). Many popular restaurants, fun bars and exceptional shopping boutiques are within walking distance.

A recent remodel includes all new windows, a giant sliding glass door facing the ocean, new bamboo floors, all new furniture, new recessed lighting, new queen sized bed with comfy memory foam topper, new flat screen TV, all new linens & much more. Sunset bliss

We came from Jersey in the the UK's Channel Islands and stayed for 2 weeks at 3700 The Strand and had an amazing time. Brendhan was the perfect host, was there to greet us on arrival and even drove us to LAX when we had issues with our hire car collection.

3700 The Strand is a fantastic location with great cafe's and restaurants nearby, the beach on your doorstep, and picture perfect sunsets every night.

Santa Monica, Newport, Laguna, Malibu are all easily accessible from Manhattan Beach, so a great base for exploring Southern California.

Thanks for your hospitality Brendhan, we will certainly be back, next time with family and friends!

Best 2 weeks

As an RN and working mom spent a long overdue 2 weeks of rest and relaxation in this wonderful studio. The location was ideal with wonderful views. Rode my bike everywhere as there was a great bike path along the beach. Was able to people watch and spend everyday in the ocean. The owner Bren was so eager to make my stay perfect and comfortable. He was kick back yet extremely conscientious. Lorie the housekeeper was wonderful and helpful, all of which contributed to the best 2 weeks. Will most certainly return.

Honeymoon experience

My husband and I rented this breach front condo for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved it! They provide you with bikes towels, and other gear for the beach. We were able to bike to a nearby grocery store and restaurants. The location is perfect! The view from the condo it's self is breath taking! You can feel the breeze from the ocean whe you open the sliding doors in the condo. lastly the owner and housekeeping were wonderful! The next time we visit California this is where we will stay.

This is now our annual vacation spot

We stayed in the studio last year, and returned this year for a summer vacation for a week! We were pleasantly surprised by some changes that had been made to the studio, i.e. new paint colors, dining table, and drapes. It was spotless, and literally has everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The bed is super comfy too! The location is hard to beat and Brendhan is always so friendly and a pleasure. We accidentally lost one of the keys to the unit during a beach visit, and he was so understanding and just wanted us to enjoy the rest of our vacation and made no fuss about it, he insisted we didn’t worry about replacing it. We will return here year after year :)

The Swanky Oceanfront Studio was everything I expected and more! Tastefully decorated, very clean, everything I needed for my long weekend getaway.
Loved that it was walking distance to the Pier, restaurants, spa's, shopping.

Would highly recommend this fabulous studio! I can't wait to go back!!
