On a quiet road near the small village of Ashley Falls, we are within a half hour of most of the cultural and historic sites in southern Berkshire County. The cottage is a separate suite attached to our house on a 2 1/2 acre property and is surrounded by gardens of flowers. Excellent for kayaking, canoeing, bicycling and hiking. Also available for small, private weddings - a Buddhist priest lives on the premises.

Notes: We call ourselves Primrose Cottage B & B, and we offer one immaculate suite, suitable for use in all seasons, that affords a quiet getaway for those who would rather not share meals or amenities. The suite comes with a private living room with a queen sized sofa bed, cable TV and wireless internet. Cell phone reception is very good. The kitchenette on one side of the living room has a coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and an apartment sized refrigerator and is stocked each night with our own organic scones and muffins. In addition we provide organic ground coffee, 1/2 & 1/2, milk, fruit and yogurt for a private and a healthy breakfast. The bedroom has a new, queen sized bed, dresser and closet and an air conditioner that cools the whole suite. Our private bath comes with a shower, towels, and soap. There is a small private deck, surrounded by flowers, in the front of the cottage for a quiet breakfast or afternoon coffee. Smoking on the deck is allowed.
