Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 8 - 4 adults 4 children)

Beach lovers will be delighted with the spectacular beach and lake views our second floor condo has to offer. Tucked between Eastern Lake and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico beaches, this second floor 3 bedroom, 2 bath corner unit (Building 3, Unit 321) offers plenty of space to comfortably sleep a family of 8. We are located just 3 miles east of quaint Seaside and 4 miles west of charming Rosemary Beach.

Our condo includes a great room/dining area with awesome views of the gulf, a new flat screen television, DVD player and a dining table with seating for 6. Our kitchen has just been updated with new granite countertops and breakfast bar, new appliances, lights and fixtures and is fully equipped. The master suite features a king bed, walk-in closet, private adjoining bath and views of the gulf. A private gulf-front balcony spans from the great room to the master suite, and offers beautiful views the Gulf of Mexico, the beach and dunes of Seagrove Beach and clear views of Eastern Lake. The other two bedrooms - one with a queen bed and the other with 2 twin bunk beds - are found on the other side of the unit and share a full bath in the adjacent hallway. Free wi-fi internet access, cable TV and in-unit full-size washer and dryer complement your stay.

Amenities at Beachside Villas include: two lighted tennis courts, two pools, shuffleboard courts and grilling areas. We are just steps away from the 27+ miles of safe and convenient bike paths that travel along scenic Route 30A. A short walk takes you to Deer Lake State Park, which offers some of the best unspoiled views of 30A and the Emerald Coast!

Unit was great for our family. Very kid friendly. Amazing views from master bedroom and porch. Had everything we needed to cook. The unit was quiet and so is the area. Easy access to the beach. We loved that it was flat access and no stairs to get to the beach like many other areas. Loved the location to drive to Seaside or Rosemary. Only issue was the temparutre of the heated pool. Eventhough we are used to swimming in cold water the heated pool was too chilly and not closely comfortable to swim in. Thanks for a great unit! Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Awesome Condo yards from the beach. Spent the week of July 4th with three teenagers. Easy bike ride into Seaside for the kids. Close to great restaurants for mom and dad. Five minute drive to Camp Creek golf course. If you are a golfer, it is a must! Great accomidations with, everything upgraded!

The condo was much more than we expected. Very well equipped and you did a great job with the remodel. Great access to the beach and very quiet surroundings. Lots of local restaurants close by and just 20 minutes from PCB. Steve and Nancy were very easy to work with. Overall the entire experience was wonderful. We will definitely be calling back next year. Thank you for allowing us to share your home at the beach.

We enjoyed our recent visit to this condo and the easily accessible beach. The Condo had everything we needed including a good quiet location near the pool. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
