Our 3BR, 2BA ocean view upstairs unit includes all kitchenware, counter top appliances, linens, towels, WiFi internet, cable television, flat screen TVs, king sized bed in the master bedroom, queen in the second bedroom, and two single beds in the third bedroom. We have included everything you will need to enjoy a wonderful vacation. Come stay with us. We're sure you won't be disappointed.

Located 9 miles south of Kona International Airport, you will find Kailua- a quaint seaside town. This bustling town offers wonderful dining, shopping, and tour opportunities along with many historic attractions - but still gives visitors a small-town feeling. Kailua Pier is a great place to watch the sunset and is the starting and finishing point of the world-famous Iron man Triathlon. The Historic Hulihee Palace and the Mokuaikaua Church are located on Alii Drive. Alii Drive is the oceanfront main thoroughfare, weaving from Kailua Pier all the way south to Keauhou Bay. It is a splendid mix of curio stores, restaurants, sidewalk cafes, art galleries, and souvenir stands. All of this on the picturesque Kona coast, where you will find the most remarkable sunsets in the backdrop of azure-blue waters.

    If reservation is canceled 60+ days prior to booking date 100% of the deposit will be returned.
    If reservation is canceled 59-30 days prior to booking date 50% of the deposit will be returned.
    If reservation is canceled 29-15 days prior to booking date 25% of the deposit will be returned.
    If reservation is canceled 1-14 days prior to booking date there will be no refund of deposit.
  • Contact owner for any request under 30 days. **Renters will be responsible for UTILITY CHARGES during their stay which will be deducted from the security/damage/utility deposit at the end of their stay.

Beaches: Our Kona Sea Ridge Condo is located on Alii Drive and walking distance from many beach opportunities. If you want to experience exceptional snorkeling or swimming with the Green Sea Turtles - Kahaluu Beach Park just south of Kona is a must! You can conveniently rent gear on the beach. Magic Sands Beach is only five minutes away and the place to be if great waves for boogie boarding and surfing is what you are looking for. Head North or South to find more great snorkeling spots near the National Parks, The Place of Refuge at Honaunau Bay is a great spot. Dolphins often visit this bay and you can reportedly see them swim while snorkeling or diving. Also within driving distance you can visit beautiful white sand, black sand or green sand beaches. All beaches have public access in Hawaii

Island Information: Hawaii Revealed is a great book for further tourist information, activities, dining and maps. Feel free to call or e-mail owner if you want any of their favorite spots or activities.

Golf: There are more than 10 golf courses near Kona Sea Ridge Condo. Approximately five miles from the condo is the Kona Country Club golf course that has two championship courses; the Ocean Course and the Mountain Course. There is a pro shop, driving range, restaurant and lounge. The Big Island Country Club has a challenging Pete Dye course and is located approximately a twenty minute drive from Kona. There are 16 public golf courses within a 50 mile radius.
