Wide greenbelts surrounding Pali Ke Kua provide vantage points for viewing the azure ocean with a backdrop of emerald mountains. Pali Ke Kua is known for its spectacular setting, tropical foliage and vantage point for viewing the famed Bali Hai (Makana) sunsets. A nearby walking path on the road leads guests to the new Regents Hotel and Princeville Golf Club and, for the ambitious, the Princeville Shopping Center. This town home style, end-unit is surrounded by greenbelts and has views of the mountains. Guests enjoy the privacy afforded by living spaces separated on two floors. A very separate master suite is on the ground floor and a smaller loft bedroom/bath is on the top floor. The master suite has a king bed and garden views. The top floor bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath. The living area has soaring ceilings, and a sliding glass door to a lanai. The kitchen is well equipped while the sunny dining area for 4 overlooks tropical gardens.

This Princeville vacation town home is located in one of Kauai's premier ocean-bluff, vacation destinations called 'Pali Ke Kua'. Pali Ke Kua is situated on an ocean bluff overlooking Hideaways Beach, a relatively secluded beach that offers great snorkeling, quiet sunbathing, and a beach pavilion and BBQ area. On site amenities include a Mediterranean restaurant and cocktail lounge, sparkling pool and jacuzzi. This home is also situated close to Princeville Adventures for hiking, kayaking and zip-lining activities and then there is the Princeville Horse Ranch for those who enjoy horseback riding.

This resort is considered a top destination for visitors because of access to Hideaways Beach, gorgeous sunsets, on site restaurant and expansive greenbelts. Pali Ke Kua Resort was built in three phases that began in 1973. Ninety nine units are surrounded by lovely greenbelts on approximately 12 acres. Most units have been extensively remodeled. This location is a short 4 to 5 minute drive to the Princeville Shopping Center which has restaurants and many types of shops. It is also a 10 to 15 minute drive to the famous sandy beaches at Hanalei Bay
