We stayed in this great condo for 2 weeks in October 2009. It fit our needs perfectly. It is an older style condo so if you need air conditioning and granite counter tops, this won't be the place for you but it was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed. My husband has been going to Hawaii since the 70's and he really loved this condo for it's old school feel.
The owners were incredibly nice and easy to deal with and the complex itself (Pali Ke Kua) is perfectly situated and is well maintained. We couldn't get over how quiet it was (and that's a good thing) lots of beautiful and mature landscaping.
The unit is right by the pool and we thought it might be a bit loud but once inside the condo you couldn't hear a thing. And speaking of the pool, wow, It's beautiful!
We're already planning to go back to Kauai and we wouldn't stay anywhere else after our experience here.
