Terrific location close to 101 freeway and Shea. Very Quiet and safe area. Shops are only a few minutes from property. Over 50 golf courses within 20 minutes. You will get a good night sleep on the new King or Queen beds. There is a large walk in closet and large full bathroom in the master suite. In the guest bedroom, there is a queen bed with a good size closet and a great view of the pool directly below. The living room and dining room both have 12 foot ceilings with lots of natural light. We have a '42' HD Widescreen Plasma HDTV/ Digital Recorder in the living room and a 32 LCD/ DVD player in the master. Wi-Fi high speed Internet is in all rooms. Both bathrooms have been renovated with new granite counters, sinks, toilets. The bright kitchen has all new appliances, granite counters, sinks etc. The balcony is a great place to read/relax or have a drink after that tough day at the course. The properrty has 2 pools/Jacuzzis, a lighted tennis court, gym, numerous barbecues and clubhou

Additional information about rental rates

  • A 20% advance payment required with reservation. Full prepayment is due 60 days prior to arrival. A $1200 damage deposit is required and will be refunded 7 days after departure. A 5% fee is applied to all canceled reservations. Cancellations received 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee. For cancellations received within 60 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

Notes: Our entire condo was professionally renovated in late 2008, We are very centrally located in Scottsdale. The closest shopping center is within 3 minutes (.5 miles) There are over 20 golf courses within 10 minutes of our home. This property is in a very quiet and desirable area of Scottsdale, if safe, secure and clean are things you want, this could be a great winter getaway for you.

Location: We are centrally located near the 101 Freeway and Shea Blvd. Easy access to the freeways, There are many bike paths that are near our apartment, For the horse lover this is the area where most visitors stay, Golf lovers will be amazed at all the great courses within minutes of our place.

Great Facilities: We overlook one of the two pools at the complex, the tennis court is only a 1 minute walk from our unit. We had our condo professionally renovated in late 2008 with top of the line appliances, beds, furniture, paintings etc. If you are looking for a great place in Scottsdale, this is the ideal escape.

We stayed at this unit in May 09, everything was exactly what the owners said it was. We felt like we were the first people that stayed there. Beds were like a Westin Hotel. They had satelite tv with tv recordere and both tv's were lcd. Absolutely would recommend this to anyone
