The villa is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom open plan home with a private, heated, over sized swimming pool. The family room is very comfortably furnished and equipped with cable TV, DVD player and Hi-Fi stereo system. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with a breakfast bar, cooker and microwave, fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser and a dishwasher. A coffee maker, toaster, toaster-oven and electric kettle as well as plenty of crockery, pots and pans, etc. are also included. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining nook that overlooks the swimming pool and a utility room that has washing, drying and ironing facilities.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with cable TV and en-suite facilities including a Roman shower plus his and her basins. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed; and the third bedroom has twin beds. There is a full-size family bathroom with bath and shower. All the rooms in the villa have access to the caged swimming pool and sunbathing/deck area, which has sun loungers and a gas barbecue. There is a large lanai area, which affords some shade if required, and has an outdoor dining table and chairs. Its location is extremely convenient to many of Florida's wonderful attractions without all the congestion. Orlando is only a two hour drive and many local beaches and golf courses are just a few short miles away. A perfect vacation home for spending quality time with family and friends.

BEACHES- Boca Grande, Englewood, Venice, Fort Myers, Siesta Key and many more are within 10 to 60 minutes away. GOLF- Some of the best 9 or 18 hole courses are minutes from your doorstep. RESTAURANTS- From fine dining to casual beach front cafes, this area can accommodate all your culinary tastes. WATER SPORTS- Rent jet skis, boats, or charter fishing vessels at nearby marinas. SHOPPING- North, east, south, or west there is a shopping area just waiting to be sampled. Visit Fisherman's Village in Punta Gorda or St. Armand's Circle just a stone's throw away from Sarasota.
