Additional information about rental rates

  • Cleaning includes garbage removal, snowplow, firewood restocking and inspection by property manager.
  • If house is left in condition it was received, including all sheets cleaned and left in dryer, all dishes cleaned, floors, fireplace, etc, only inspection and garbage fee will be charged-$100. Departure times are noon, arrival times are 4pm so house can be cleaned. 50% deposit required for the dates to be reserved with balance paid 4 weeks prior to rental. In cases of last minute rental within 1 month of date 100% of rental must be paid to reserve dates. No refunds unless house gets rented for time that was reserved. Security deposit $200 refunded after inspection by property manager.

Brand New Home- New Everything: Some items in pictures show incomplete lighting, mantle piece and balcony, pics are not current and all items are installed. All beds, couches, dishes, linens, towels appliances etc. are brand new this spring, house is brand new and never rented as of Oct 09. Have snowplow contractor no shoveling, driveway level and 4 wheel drive not necessary, some houses are straight uphill, not this one.
