Beaches ‘n Greens - Let the fun begin.

Enjoy the surf, sunsets, and Neahkahnie Mountain from this spacious ocean view home in quiet, small town Manzanita. A great house for two families or 3 couples with plenty of open space for entertaining and cooking.

The living area is open with vaulted ceilings and has a dining table that seats 10 people. Two large decks provide spectacular views to watch the surf and acrobatics of the kite and windsurfers. The south deck is off the dining area with a picnic table and gas grill for outside barbecuing. The north deck has two levels with sweeping views of the coast. The kitchen is large and well equipped for cooking with seating at a counter area for four “supervisory” chefs.

The master bedroom is on the main floor and has a queen bed, double futon and bathroom. The master bedroom enters onto the north deck where you can enjoy the beautiful Manzanita sunsets. The upper bedroom has a queen, twin and trundle beds and it’s own full bath. The lower bedroom has a queen and a twin and full bath. There is a half bath on the main floor.

Manzanita Beach is a seven mile beach perfect for walking, jogging, flying a kite or building a sand castle. The beach access is just steps from the house. Nehalem Bay State Park is a short walk and offers undeveloped beaches, miles of hiking and paved biking trails, equestrian trails, an airstrip, and a boat launch.

Town, a pleasant ten minute walk has grocery stores, restaurants, spas and shops for browsing. The city park has a playground, tennis and volleyball courts. Nehalem Bay offers great fishing, crabbing, and kayaking opportunities. Hiking to the top of Neahkahnie mountain offers spectacular views up and down the coast. More hiking and beach opportunities can be found at Oswald West State Park a few miles north of Manzanita. Short Sand Beach in Oswald West is one of the surfers’ favorites and afternoon summer breezes in Manzanita bring out the kite and windsurfers.

When you’re ready to escape for some coast time, Beaches ‘n Greens offers the retreat you’re looking for.

Beaches 'N Greens is a true slice of heaven. This is our second getaway and we always leave wanting to stay longer. The location could not be more ideal and the views from the house are spectacular! The house itself has an exceptional layout that is unlike any other beach house we have stayed at complete with all the amenities we could ever ask for.. We are fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay at Beaches N' Greens and hope to come back soon! Thank you!!!

My family and I have stayed at Beaches 'N Greens every year for the past 12 years. The accomodations are fantastic for our extended family and there is ample space for a group. This is not your average beach house - it is a home that feels warm and comfortable with all the amenities.
At Beaches 'N Greens, the beach is right there for those wanting to walk, run, body surf or just play in the sand. We've enjoyed our golf outings, too, just a 4 minute walk up the road. The town of Manzanita is easily within walking distance for shopping, a quick bite or an ice cream treat for the kids. If we want extended shopping opportunities, Cannon Beach is a 20 minute drive away.
Consider this property for family gatherings, reunions or beach getaways with friends. It has always been very clean and each year we see impressive improvements such as the new kitchen and the extended deck - perfect for happy hours.
The owners understand the importance of recharging your batteries, and the home encourages you to relax and unwind while being soothed by the sounds and sights of the ocean waves rolling in.

Amazing Beach House Keeps Us Coming Back!

Each year we come back to Beaches n Green for another fun, relaxing week at the beach. The house is a 'home away from home' with all the amenities a family would want plus more. Spacious rooms so we never feel we are on top of each other and great decks to enjoy the coasts mild weather. The kitchen is a delight to use where 3-4 people can easily work together. The street is a quiet residential street and we are just steps away from the beach. We are already looking forward to next year!
