'The Happy Ours' Beach House really is a special place to make lifetime memories. You and your family will want to reserve this home year after year. Perfect for family reunions and special events such as weddings, birthdays, and class gathering. This beautiful and spacious house is situated directly on the Gulf of Mexico. It is strategically located in the center of Front Beach Road, near the most popular Panama City attractions. The house and property are loaded with amenities and comfortably sleeps 18 +. It has great parking; double carport, plus room for RV or boat. Happy Ours is 2 miles from the new Peir Park which affords great family pleasure. Movies, restaurants, shopping. The open decks and covered porches are equipped with lounges and rocking chairs for more comfortable enjoyment of the outdoors. The rooms, especially the kitchen, living room, and dining room, are spacious enough to accommodate all of your needs. For added security, an alarm system is also provided.

Grocery, drugs stores, Wal Mart, Frank Brown Park, Ship Wreck (water partk) are all within 2 miles of the Happy Ours. Bus stop is located across the street for Bay Town Bus service.
