Atlantic Beach, quaint, undiscovered, and beautiful!... Located on the Northeast coast of Florida just 1/2 hour north of Historic St. Augustine and 1/2 hour South of Amelia Island. This charming little beachside town has year round activities and events for every age group. The brick sidewalks are lined with outdoor cafes, shops, restaurants and even live music at night!! All of this is within a 10 minute walk ( just 9 blocks) from the condo. This light and bright 'Beachy' condo is located in 'Seaplace' . The area is quiet and upscale and is on the Ocean side of Ocean Boulevard.. (no streets to cross to get to the beach) , which is just steps away,. ..but no Ocean View..Sorry! Enjoy early morning walks and glorious sunsets from the miles of gorgeous uncrowded beach or take advantage of the many activities available in the area; Golf, Surfing, Scooter and Bike rentals or just relaxing on the sand! This unit is the best value at the Beach!

Best value at the Beach for a furnished unit!

This condo is ideally located for anyone who has business to do in the Jacksonville area. I am willing to take a 6 month lease and then rent on a week to week basis at 900 dollars per week after the original term of the 6 month lease has been fulfilled. It is a great bargain for the Beaches area. Much less expensive than staying in a hotel or extended stay...
