You will enjoy stunning ocean views from the master suite featuring a king bed, walk-in closet, flat screen TV and private bath. A second room featuring a queen sized bed overlooks the ocean as well with each bedroom having access to a covered wrap-around deck. Custom built in 2004, this house has heart pine floors throughout and 10ft. ceilings. This home sleeps 8 and is steps from restaurants, shops and other attractions. Reserve today and see why this house is the only one of its kind on Tybee.

05/05/2009 Caroline, we had a wonderful time at your beach house, which is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The view of the beach and ocean was great!!!! This was truly a beachfront property, stepping through your louvered doors, our feet were immediately in the sand and steps away, we were in the ocean. We are so glad we took our bicycles with us, we rode to south end or north end almost everyday and I can now say, I have seen the real Tybee!!!! I have gone back & forth to Tybee Beach all my life, but have never experienced just how nice it is, until I stayed at your home. Thank you for sharing. I have to say the only bad thing was having to leave. I would definitely stay at your house again and will recommend it to all my family and friends.

AWESOME...............we took a road trip and drove from Chicago to stay in this beautiful house. When we found this on line we all fell in love and said it was perfect for us. There were 5 woman that stayed in this house for an entire week and it was PLENTY big to keep all of us at arms length when needed. LOL Seriously, beautiful accomidations, picture is exactly as described. The OCEAN was right there in the back yard. Lovely view from all levels. The house was clean, and everything was provided for a comfortable weeks stay! Would love to come stay again in 2014!

My family rented this home for a thanksgiving getaway. The location was superb! The photos are accurate. This rental is positively beautiful, clean and comfortable. Caroline was wonderful to work with. Yes! We'd like to return!

Perfect house for the perfect vacation on Tybee!

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful beach front home! The house was clean and just as beautiful as promised by the pictures! Caroline was wonderful to work with and extremely helpful in coordinating our stay, always promptly answering any question I had. The house had everything we needed for our week stay, including a well equipped kitchen. The house is in a great location, just a short walk down the beach is the lighthouse. The house was quiet and it was nice to have our privacy. I loved that the beach was never crowded, it was perfect for our family vacation! We vacationed with 4 adults and 2 children (ages 5 and 2) and had plenty of room for everyone, everyone enjoyed the house and was sad to leave (even the 2 year old was saying she "loved that beach house so much"). On mulitple occassions we were able to watch dolphins playing from the house and/or the beach just in front of the house. We were even approached on the beach by another couple who were interested in renting the house and wanted to know how we liked it. It truly is the perfect beach house for the perfect stay on Tybee Island. We all hope to return to Tybee and will not hesitate to stay here again...in fact I look forward to it!

Beyond Our Expectations!

This house was everything advertised plus more! We have an asthmatic child who requires a very clean environment. She did great here. The home was VERY clean. The linens/towels were also very clean and nice. The room sizes were just right. The great room/kitchen/dining area was spacious. Views - Outstanding. Could sit on deck and watch the children play in the sand (directly in the back yard). The house is located at the north end, more quiet than the south end of the island. Manager/Owner was very proffesional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this home. WE WILL VISIT AGAIN!
