Private Beach Property Located 45 Minutes Drive from Disney

My family and I stayed in this well-maintained townhome for a weeklong vacation in July. Although the owners might prefer a monthly rental as stated in the description, they were very flexible and accomodating for our family's one week vacation. The pictures are very accurate, the decorations are very cute with a tropical them, reflective of a beach townhome. They reminded me of how cool it was to be so close to the ocean in Florida! The townhome was spacious, so for a family of four we had plenty of room to spend time together or privately alone. Our bed was very comfortable, with immediate access to our own bathroom, and our children seemed pretty happy with their own similar setup. It was close enough to Cocoa Beach, and about 20 minutes from the Space Center. It took us about an hour drive to Disney and Universal Studios (obviously there is a lot to do while you stay in Cape Canaveral), but if you like driving faster it would be more like 45 minutes. It was 2-3 minutes to the private beach, and had several clean private pools and a spa for the entire family to enjoy when we returned from our adventures. The ocean spot was perfectly quiet for a beach in July. My children loved searching for seashells and building sandcastles. We jogged along the beach a couple of times, and used their workout facility which was also very clean. A minor issue we faced was the keys to the beach and the pool area gave us some trouble, but everyone who lived there was very understanding and supportive and worked with us to make sure we got in. It was safe and secure, which was really important to us as well. We have been renting homes from VRBO for many years now, and we have never been dissatisfied, and that applies to this home as well. The owners were very easy to communicate with, and everything went smoothly. Thanks again for having us!
