Enjoy Destin's Emerald Waters and 3,000 Feet of World Class Beaches! Located in Destin Pointe on Holiday Isle - this upscale condo is located in a Gated/Security managed Community of spectacular Homes. It is exquisitely decorated with beautiful sand dollar theme furniture, 42” HD flat screen TV, fully-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, ceiling fan, king-size bed with bath, and queen sofa sleeper in living room. It easily sleeps four/five. The resort is pedestrian friendly with sidewalks, two pools (one heated), a hot tub, two tennis courts, gas grills and 3000 feet of world class sugary white beaches and aqua blue water for which Destin is known. This unit began renting in 2002 and is in great shape. The living area also has a queen sized sectional couch to provide additional sleeping for a total of four. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a full sized washer and dryer in the unit. Linens are included.
