My family rented this house for 1 week and we have rented several houses in the past including million dollar homes in colorado (which we was invited back to) this was the worse experience we have ever had the house was filthy, cob webs every where ,carpet torn and loose, tile broken ,toilet seat broken (keep pinching my grandbabys every time they used the bathroom) railing on porch was only bolted on by 3 bolts and my husband fell over the railing into the shallow water and my granddaughter got hit in the head with it , rotten wood all over deck very unsafe. One bathtub was so badly torn up that grandbabys couldn't even bath in it then to top that all off they keep our deposit, saying we broke toilet seat and that our dog pooped all outside (well isn't that where he's supposed to go) there was dog poo already there when we arrived so didn't think we had to pick it up, we even washed the dishes (no dishwasher) and washed the towels we had used took out all trash and had house picked up when we left. If u care about your familys saftey think twice before renting this house.
