With easy access, but off the road, this very private 3000 sq ft home on 4 acres offers nearly a mile of deserted, sandy beach front with excellent snorkeling, diving and kayaking from your own backyard, yet protected by reef. Enjoy the cool ocean breeze, peace and quiet, with expansive ocean front views from your covered porch. Every amenity is here to satisfy the most discriminating vacationer. Leave your stress behind and enjoy tranquility on this beautiful beachfront property. Scuba diving, deep sea fishing, sailing, and bone fishing can be arranged. Concierge service available. The great room is furnished with Italian leather sofa and loveseat, quality furnishings, leather recliners for TV viewing, and teak dining table and chairs. Kitchen has two 36' refrigerators, two dish washing drawers, ice maker, microwave, 36' range, and wine cooler.

Since many gourmet and fresh supplies are unavailable on Cat Island, we can offer a selection of meats and cheeses, as well as specialty items, pre purchased for your enjoyment. How much, and what level of service you desire is up to you, and will be determined on an individual and current basis. The charge for this service is based on actual pricing and we will provide the cost due in full prior to your arrival.

Extra Services: We can arrange for you to go on a day sail, moonlight sail,or evening dinner sail. Deep sea fishing is available with qualified guides. Scuba diving can also be arranged. There are many excellent sites for wall and shallow reef diving. Excellent snorkeling just off your own beach. Bone fishing can be arranged with a local guide on a half day or full day basis. We will provide a car for your pleasure and provide transportation to and from the airport with your rental. Local food preparation can be arranged for delivery or in-home preparation. Local masseuse is available.

Absolutely the most beautiful house on beach.

My wife and I stayed in this house recently and every word is true. Actually, words do not describe the setting. You have this great expanse of ocean right in front of the house with the private beach and all behind 3 reefs. Because the house is located on the main road but behind the hill, it is very private. The hot tub is superb, the furnishings rich, and the total ambiance is here. The cool ocean breezes keep the house very comfortable. Speaking of a gourmet kitchen, everything is here for the most challenged gourmet chef. We are retired chefs and do appreciate all the amenities.
