'Easy Pack Vacations' mean no tedious over-packing! Just bring clothing, personal items and something to eat. We supply the rest. From the side porch, you enter the Gathering Room - newly renovated and decorated with comfy furniture, including a Queen sleeper sofa. The 32” Flat Screen TV has lots of cable channels for your viewing pleasure. Or, if you prefer, go online using our wireless internet or plug-in connection. The dining area has a cozy, corner nook for family-style meals or a quick snack. The kitchen is equipped with a full-size range, microwave, toaster, popcorn maker, waffle maker, all necessary utensils, pots & pans, dishes, glassware, cutlery, dishtowels, paper towels and napkins, dish soap, hand soap, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, cooking spices, etc. The bathroom has a stand-up shower, as well as bath towels, soap and even a spare toothbrush & toothpaste (new and individually sealed, of course) – should you forget yours.
Upstairs, the sleeping accommodations are bunk room/family style, with two double beds and two single beds. Additional sleeping space is available downstairs, on the queen-sized sofa bed. A cabin by the stream is the perfect spot for a Family Vacation, Weekend Hideaway, Girlfriends Getaway, Bikers Homebase, Snowboarders Hangout, or Hunting Trip for the guys. Easy to get to, yet secluded ... picturesque and private ... rustic and relaxing - that's our cabin by the stream. Come Relax, Reconnect, Recharge and Renew...
We are close to eateries and activities: - 10 minutes to local restaurants - 20 minutes to Denton Hill/Ski Denton Family Resort for skiing in the winter, mountain biking from May through October - 1/2 hour from Cherry Springs Park and Dark Sky Preserve for star parties and the Woodsmen's Show - 1/2 hour from Lyman Run State Park where you can hike, picnic, swim, boat, fish, hunt and ride ATVs or snowmobiles - 1 hour from the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon and Wellsboro, PA Potter County is home to 170 miles of State Forest Lands, 650 miles of State Forest Trails, 18,696 acres of State Game Lands and 800 miles of Trout Streams. We have 8 State Parks: Cherry Springs, Denton Hill, Lyman Run, Ole Bull, Patterson, Prouty Place, Sinnemahoning and Sizerville.
Other Activities: Shopping, Kayaking, Snowboarding, Snowmobiling, Wildlife Viewing, Miniature golf, Hot Air Ballooning.
