A charming, extremely private location at the end of a very long driveway, offering great privacy, safety for children and pets, rich birdlife, and a feeling of being a million miles away. Renters are a short walk to Singing Beach and other beaches. Renters can walk or bike to Manchester town and harbor for sailing, shopping, and groceries. Vacationers can enjoy themselves without ever getting in their car their whole visit. AND yet we are extremely conveniently located. Manchester is only a short 40 minute MBTA ride to downtown Boston. By car, renters are only a few miles to Rte 128, and less than an hour to Logan Airport. We also make a great base from which to explore Massachusetts' North Shore. Cape Ann is full of historic towns, great beaches, wonderful seafood restaurants, art colonies, sporting opportunities.

This carriage house on a former estate at the end of a long driveway, is almost dead center on the middle of Smith's Point in Manchester. An extremely private setting with wonderful wildlife we are only 5 minutes on foot from Singing Beach, and the village of Manchester-- great restaurants, shops, and the 40 minute MBTA ride to Boston. Cape Ann is full of great beaches, fun sports and cultural adventures celebrating early American history. Modern convenience with old world charm.

2 Bedroom Short-term Rental sleeps 4: This is a perfect, sweet hayloft apartment even if it is almost 2000 s.ft. As a short-term rental 40 minutes from Boston, in the heart of Cape Ann, and near the MBTA, it couldn't be more convenient. But the setting and privacy off the feeling of getting away from it. A perfect combination.
