Location, size, amenities and price: this contemporary style mountain chalet is a great Lake Tahoe vacation home. The floor plan is perfect for the social group with a large kitchen, dining area with table that seats 10 and sunken living room complete with gas stove and satellite TV. The entire house is newly furnished. Enjoy a quiet sunrise with morning coffee or afternoon BBQs on the roomy back deck. The two lofts (one above the master and one above the main living area) are a great place for kids to crash or settle down in front of a movie. The private hot tub on the back deck is the icing on the cake and a perfect way to relax after a day of outdoor adventure. National Forest hiking/biking trails are an easy walk from the house. Kayak rentals, boat rental, bike rentals, and mini golf are nearby.
