The floor plan is great for families with reverse living to take advantage of the wonderful lake and mountain views (Kitchen and bedroom are upstairs). The driveway is flat and easy to access during winter storms, and the garage is extra deep; perfect for the family SUV. Fantastic dining and the quaint shops of Tahoe City are only a five minute drive away. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy hiking, biking, lake activities, and more without getting in the car. World class skiing can be found at nearby Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Northstar, and many others.
