Take your pick from basking in the sun on the large sunny deck overlooking the lake, the small sandy beach at your doorstep, or take a short stroll down to the Dollar Point HOA beach. The kids will love the pool, just a 15 minute walk or short car ride away. As for the price, a more affordable Lakefront home will be hard to find!
