Single family pool home located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The pool and lanai are completely screened in for your comfort. Sliding glass doors in the master bedroom and living room open to the pool. This home has brand new furniture and appliances. It is located close to Pine Island shopping and restaurants. Many attractions are close by, such as the Shell Factory, Sunsplash Water Park, Mike Greenwell's batting cages and go carts. Golfing, fishing and the beaches are a short drive away. City of Palms Park, home of the Red Sox spring training facility, is six miles away.

Great home-quiet nice neighborhood!!

My family and I spent a week here and we loved it!!! The pictures don't do this home justice. It has plenty of room so that you are not running all over top of each other and the drive to Fort Myers Beach is about 25 minutes at the most. The beach is lovely and the atmosphere is great for families with children. If you are looking for a nice, quiet neighborhood, that is close to a grocery store, and shopping centers such as walmart or super target, then this is the place. The children loved the pool, and the owners were excellent! I think my family and I will be coming back next year.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
