Equipment and convenience:
On the ground floor is a 48 m² large, cosy furnished living-dining room in Brittany style with a great chimney which is as high as the room. A well equipped kitchenette made of massive wood with a 5 flames, combined gas and electronic stove, electronic oven with grill, freezer, dish washer, naturally with all devices. An open stair leads to the first floor. Because of the roof construction the rooms of the first floor are very high. Firstly you get to the to an open mezzanine of 42 m² which is used as a lounge and study and furnished as a 2nd living room. The bedrooms 1 (18 m²) and 2 (14 m²) have a French double bed of 140 x 200 and a sofa bed of the same size. An additional cot is available.

Despite the agrarian location at the edge between the „Schwarze Berge“ and the Parc d’Amorique a lot of sights and the most beautiful beaches are easy to get. The capital of the Finistère, the picturesque Quimper, is only half an hour apart by car. Nearer are the historical cities Chateaulin, Locronan or Le Faou. The wide, picturesque sandy and dune beaches of the gulf of Douarnenez are also only half an hour apart. The national park reserve Parc d’Amorique of the Brittany located proximate in the west of the cottage nearby Pleyben is of value of an excursion: 172.000 hectares of forest and moor land with lakes and rivers or the sea of cliffs from Huelgoat – you won’t be unimpressed.
Golf:
A recreational game in a delicious surrounding offers the 'Golf de Baden' in the south of Vannes. Finished in 1990 the 18 holes championship course with 6145 m (Par 72) and a 9 holes exercising course is an unconventional, well-kept course with partly very wide fairways, but with heavy water problems. The hilly territory is nerved by a river with 3 water barricades, but more extraordinary, wide fairways and the most beautiful greens of the region. The climax of your golf tour through the southern Brittany: the 'Golf Ploemeur Océan' in the west of Lorient. With only 5959 m with PAR 72 the in 1990 finished 18 holes championship course has a lot of pretty views as difficult courses.
