Whether you’re coming to relax or get into the outdoors, this is the house for you! Indoors, you’ll enjoy the lakeview from the open-social floorplan of the great room our venture outdoors to the well-loved Dollar Point neighborhood. In the summer you're also an easy walk to the beach and lake front tennis courts. Dollar Point Vista is laid out wonderfully for a vacation rental. You enter into the open and inviting greatroom to see beautiful lake views. On the upper level you'll find a family room complete with television, wood fireplace, game table, and adjacent full bath. Down the hall you'll fine a very well-appointed master bedroom with queen bed, flatscreen, and en-suite bath with an extra-large glass shower.

Downstairs the great room comfortably accomodates a large group with a large sectional sofa, oversized flat screen, and wood fireplace ALL overlooking beautiful Lake Tahoe. The dining area sits 8 people with bar seating at the kitchen counter for 4. The second and third bedrooms both have queen beds and the fourth bedroom (second master) also with a queen bed, lake view, and full bath.
