Built on a gorgeous sunny lot, the home enjoys peaceful forest and lake views, which can be seen from the spacious back deck with hot tub, BBQ and patio furniture. A delightful seasonal stream can also be heard from the forestry land the home over looks. The exceptionally functional floor plan creates a home perfect for families and entertainment. The upper levels spacious open floor plan combines the beautiful granite and stainless kitchen, large dining table for 10 and comfortable formal living area, centered around the cozy gas fireplace and large flat screen TV. There is also a den downstairs with another large flat screen TV, perfect for entertaining the children whilst the rest of the group socializes upstairs. Ridgeline Retreat is just a short drive from the lake, and handy to all of the ski areas that North Lake Tahoe has to offer.
