Top corner unit at Bayside with unobstructed golf course views. We have just recently put the property on the rental market. The condo is in immaculate condition. We are one block from the Sun Ridge Tennis Center. The recreation center has a 4,000 square foot pool with separate whirlpool, 5 Har-Tru tennis courts, state of the art fitness center, showers/lockers, kids splash zone, game room, lounge with Internet access, picnic area, volleyball and basketball courts, playground. Amenities fee includes access to Sun Ridge Tennis Center and shuttle service to the beach.

Our location,4 miles west of Fenwick Island on Route 54 is close to Bethany Beach, Rehobeth Beach and Ocean City, MD. If you want to take a break from the numerous activities that Bayside has to offer, you can shop, dine or hit the beach. Bayside offers daily shuttle service to the beach from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Water taxi service is also available.
