Be the first in the US to greet the rising sun every morning and watch the sailboats and powerboats leave Ryder's Cove from your deck in the afternoon. Walk down your private stairs to your 300 feet of private beach, perfect for launching a kayak and stroll to the association beach for shelling and swimming.
