If you are tired of huge condo complexes and would love the serenity of a private pool and elevator that is shared by only one other unit, Casa Augustine is for you. A luxurious and spacious 3 bedroom condo that runs parallel to the beach, giving you ocean views from the master bedroom, family room, dining room, kitchen and deck. Beautifully renovated with a large sectional couch, 42” flat screen TV (with HD cable and DVD), a large master bedroom with queen bed, two large closets, a walk in shower and Jacuzzi, a bedroom with twins and another with a day bed that can turn into a king or twins. The floors are Brazilian hardwood. Large dining room table that can seat 6. The kitchen boasts stainless appliances, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar.
