For entertainment you won't have to go far as you are located on the famous 6th street entertainment district and just a short walk from the Warehouse district where you will always find live music playing at Antone's. Perfect location as its a very easy walk to UT campus and the football stadium to watch a game or just experience all the tailgating and watch the game from Schultz's Beer Garden. If you are looking to experience the natural beauty of Austin the famous hike and bike trail of town lake is just a few short blocks where you can walk/run or do some kayaking.. Located right in the middle of all SXSW venues, a short walk to the ACL festival, 2 blocks from the Convention Center and right next to both the 'Dillo trolley and the metro this place will surely exceed all your expectations.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this condo and it was perfect! Close to Congress, 6th St., the gym, restaurants and live music. The accommodations were great, the condo was clean and had the most amazing views ever (binoculars included!). :) I highly recommend it and we will definitely stay there on our next visit to Austin. contemporary condo with a view

My husband and I live in Austin and were looking to get out of our house for our anniversary. We wanted a place to just relax, have a drink and enjoy the view. Even though the balcony was only big enough for standing, the couch that faced the floor to ceiling windows was excellent and very comfortable. The place was extremely clean and well maintained. We enjoy the minimalist approach to decorating and this was our style. Clint was very helpful with detailed notes, which was important because there are several details you need to know to park, enter the building and use the elevator. For the same night, a nearby hotel was going to charge us $475 and we would not have gotten this great of a view, the kitchen comforts of home, or a sleek contemporary design. We were very happy with our choice and would stay in this place again.
