This Gulfview condo is perfectly situated on the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is expansive and very clean with white, white sand. Magnificent sunsets are viewable from the balcony. The condo has been updated and has new living room/dining room furniture. The floors are ceramic tile throughout. This particular condo has a designated dining area overlooking the city. The complex itself has been recently renovated and has many amenities aside from its prime location. There is a recently-renovated pool, tennis courts, exercise room, a social room, inside and outside parking. Internet, cable, linens, two beach chairs, and kitchen set-up all included. Laundry machines on floor. Marco Island has many nice, inexpensive restaurants. Golf and boating are readily available.
