With an onsite 5 star restaurant and state of the art fitness center with yoga studio and spinning classes, Porto Playa has it all. Nestled in a lush sanctuary of tropical foliage with spectacular waterfalls, unit 207 has the most breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and Porto Playa’s waterfalls and pool. In addition, each of the three levels offers its own private terrace.

We discovered Playa Del Carmen back in the early 90s and loved the place. In 2003 we moved to Playa and still live down here and enjoy paradise. In 2005 we fell in love with the location of the Porto Playa and purchased our unit in 2005 when it was just a piece of land. The unit was completed in 2006 and we customized a lot of things at our penthouse unit, from changing the entire Kitchen to be more functional to adding a jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom and many other things. Porto Playa is located in a fantastic location, the unit is one block from the beach and is located right in the center of town. 5th Ave is just a minute away from the front door and offers restaurants, shopping , nightlife, bars, discos and much more. Great location, less than 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5th Ave, Porto Playa 207 is a great 3 bedroom penthouse right in the middle of the project with great views overlooking the pools and the sanctuary.

The kitchen was designed by a chef to be able to host guests and have private catering if needed. There are multiple flat screen TVs throughout the condo. Each of the 3 bedrooms (king, queen, queen) has its own full size bath. The master bathroom includes a soaker jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower and bidet. The penthouse rooftop is beautifully landscaped for additional privacy and has an outdoor kitchen, fridge, as well as stainless steel gas BBQ. A 6 person hot tub, with outdoor moon shower, is the perfect place to relax after a full day of activities.
