Welcome to MAUI, and thank you for considering our lovely condo at Hale Kamaole for your vacation stay.

Hale Kamaole is a 7-acre low density property, close to many activities and ideal proximity to restaurants and shops, with several championship golf courses within a 5 -10 minute drive. Our Non-smoking vacation condo is located just 150 yards from the sand and surf at Kamaole Beach 3, where you can boogie-board, snorkel, swim, or just relax with a good book and soak up the sun. (LIFEGUARDS are on Duty daily)
Our condo unit #154, is on the first floor ~ you can walk straight out just 20 steps to the upper pool & BBQ area.(If you've ever had the pleasure to stay at this complex you will understand why guests really appreciate this location.) Take 2 steps off the patio and we have views of Mt. Haleakala to the east, and un obstructed, gorgeous ocean views to the west!
This lovely vacation condo is outfitted with tasteful furnishings and complemented with beautiful Hawaiian artwork throughout, with all the comforts of home: Tiled from Entry to patio, lovely remodeled kitchen with granite counters, newer appliances (frig, A/C, Dishwasher, microwave all new 2013-2014), NO 'popcorn' ceilings, and ensuite washer-dryer.
A Comfy Eastern King bed w/pillowtop mattress in bedroom, new vanity & fixtures in bath... Dining area seats 4 with addtl seating at counter; Comfy Island style Queen sofa-sleeper, easy chair, British colonial table & buffet, beautiful Hawaiian artwork by local artists; 40 ' flatscreen tv, ( with a great library of books and dvds), Wi-Fi, am/fm w IPOD hookup, AND Free long distance calling to the US mainland & Canada. All linenes and thick fluffy beach towels provided, along with beach chairs, boogie boards, tennis gear, etc.
We take great pride in our island home, and keep it updated regularly. This is our little 'HOME Away from Home'. Come stay at our little peace of maui, Blue Dolphin's Paradise. Our NIGHTLY RATES range usually range from $119-$165* per nt, Depending on season, holidays, and length of stay, with periodic Last-Minute Specials as low as $109. nt. Discounts for 28+ nights.( *With the Exception of Xmas and New Years Holiday at $169 nt)
~~RATES DO NOT INCLUDE TAX OR MANDATORY DAMAGE INSURANCE of $49.
A $250. deposit, (PER NUMBER OF WEEKS YOU STAY, IE 2 WKS= $500.) IS DUE WITHIN 10 DAYS OF BOOKING.

Rental and Payment Policies
•RATES Clarification: For our SPecial Periodic Discounted Rates wherever listed for $109. per night, we require have a 7-night minimum stay.
ALL STAYS of less than 7 nights incure a cleaning fee of $135.00,.
•UNLESS you are booking 'fill-in dates'.(Example: Dec 15-Dec 29 is booked, And Jan 3-17 is Booked, SO Dec 29-Jan 2
would be a 'fill-in' date)
All winter stays between Dec 15-April 30 require a minimum 14 night stay.
•CHECK IN Time is 3:00pm. CHECK OUT Time is 11:00am
Late Checkins are OK. Just Let Us Know Beforehand. (NO late checkouts allowed unless Pre-arranged with Owner. Addtl of Fee $50 for up to 6 hours. $80. over 8 hrs

A deposit of $250. (per week) is due within 10 days of booking,and balance due within 60 days of arrival high season, 30 days low season.
Stays of 28 nights or longer receive a 10% discount off regular rate.
PLEASE NOTE: Minimum stay over holiday season and through MARCH 30 is 14 days.*
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date, and 90 days prior for all stays in High Season, or Bookings for 21 nights or longer, ONLY IF THE Full amount of your vacation booking can be filled.

Thank you to the owner Merrilyn for our stay in Kihei, the condo was beautiful and fully equipped. With an ocean view and a one minute walk to the beach. Bbq and pool just 30 feet away. My wife was very happy and that's was all I needed. We will definitely come back next time in Maui!!!

Our home is in the bay area. We were married on MAui many moons ago.And our dream, at some point, was to sooner or later own a little piece of paradise here.We vacationed here nearly every year for 15 years, and finally ended up with our place here in 2003. We are now retired and hope to be spending more time on this lovely island. ALOHA
This location can't be BEAT! Over the years we traveled back to Maui nearly every anniversary that we could afford to. We rented condos all over the island, and We experienced everything from very nicely upgraded and nicely decorated units... to those that certainly had seen better days. In 2003 We fell in love with Hale Kamaole for many reasons, but mainly because it's just steps to the beach, close to shops and dining, and offers beautiful views throughout the property.And, because there are so many sites to see, and so many activities, many within a 5-15 minute walk,or no more than a than a 30 min. drive.

From upscale linens, towels, and bedding, to a well-equipped and beautifully remodeled kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and a 'goodie closet' full of beach gear, we feel we’ve created a relaxing and well-appointed place for your island activities, adventures, AND comfort.

Walking distance to beach, parks, shops, restaurants, and activities. Just a short 5-10 minute drive to several championship golf courses in the area! Watch whales frolicking(in season) from our upper pool.... which is just 20 steps away from our patio sliding door :)
