Welcome to MAUI, and thank you for considering our lovely condo at Hale Kamaole for your vacation stay.

Hale Kamaole is a 7-acre low density property, close to many activities and ideal proximity to restaurants and shops, with several championship golf courses within a 5 -10 minute drive. Our Non-smoking vacation condo is located just 150 yards from the sand and surf at Kamaole Beach 3, where you can boogie-board, snorkel, swim, or just relax with a good book and soak up the sun. (LIFEGUARDS are on Duty daily)

Our condo unit #154, is on the first floor ~ you can walk straight out just 20 steps to the upper pool & BBQ area.(If you've ever had the pleasure to stay at this complex you will understand why guests really appreciate this location.) Take 2 steps off the patio and we have views of Mt. Haleakala to the east, and un obstructed, gorgeous ocean views to the west!

This lovely vacation condo is outfitted with tasteful furnishings and complemented with beautiful Hawaiian artwork throughout, with all the comforts of home: Tiled from Entry to patio, lovely remodeled kitchen with granite counters, newer appliances (frig, A/C, Dishwasher, microwave all new 2013-2014), NO 'popcorn' ceilings, and ensuite washer-dryer.

A Comfy Eastern King bed w/pillowtop mattress in bedroom, new vanity & fixtures in bath... Dining area seats 4 with addtl seating at counter; Comfy Island style Queen sofa-sleeper, easy chair, British colonial table & buffet, beautiful Hawaiian artwork by local artists; 40 ' flatscreen tv, ( with a great library of books and dvds), Wi-Fi, am/fm w IPOD hookup, AND Free long distance calling to the US mainland & Canada. All linenes and thick fluffy beach towels provided, along with beach chairs, boogie boards, tennis gear, etc.

ALL STAYS of less than 7 nights incure a cleaning fee of $135.00,.

would be a 'fill-in' date)

All winter stays between Dec 15-April 30 require a minimum 14 night stay.

Thank you to the owner Merrilyn for our stay in Kihei, the condo was beautiful and fully equipped. With an ocean view and a one minute walk to the beach. Bbq and pool just 30 feet away. My wife was very happy and that's was all I needed. We will definitely come back next time in Maui!!!

We were married on MAui many moons ago.And our dream, at some point, was to sooner or later own a little piece of paradise here.We vacationed here nearly every year for 15 years, and finally ended up with our place here in 2003. We are now retired and hope to be spending more time on this lovely island. ALOHA

This location can't be BEAT! Over the years we traveled back to Maui nearly every anniversary that we could afford to. We rented condos all over the island, and We experienced everything from very nicely upgraded and nicely decorated units... to those that certainly had seen better days. In 2003 We fell in love with Hale Kamaole for many reasons, but mainly because it's just steps to the beach, close to shops and dining, and offers beautiful views throughout the property.And, because there are so many sites to see, and so many activities, many within a 5-15 minute walk,or no more than a than a 30 min. drive.

We have tried to make our condo meet - and hopefully exceed - all your vacation needs. From upscale linens, towels, and bedding, to a well-equipped and beautifully remodeled kitchen, comfortable furnishings, and a 'goodie closet' full of beach gear, we feel we’ve created a relaxing and well-appointed place for your island activities, adventures, AND comfort.

We hope you’ll treasure your memories here and consider our place as your little piece of paradise too.

Walking distance to beach, parks, shops, restaurants, and activities. Just a short 5-10 minute drive to several championship golf courses in the area! Watch whales frolicking(in season) from our upper pool.... which is just 20 steps away from our patio sliding door :)

I had the pleasure of staying at your lovely and comfortable condo. I loved that it was right across the street from the beach. I love to walk and it is a perfect start to a long a beautiful walk to Wailea and beyond.
Your condo is tastefully decorated and we enjoyed checking out all the interesting artworks.
The pool and BBQ are just right off the lanai, so convenient. So enjoyable. We had all the amenities you could want.
I had such a great time at Five Palms Restaurant and Cafe O Lei, two of my favorites.
Thank you so much for sharing

Condo was a great location and walking distance to all amenities. Kam III beach right across the street. Perfect for early morning walks to the beach and of course, photos of the sunset. Condo contained all items required to cook meals, etc. Patio faced the BBQ pit, pool and grass area. Just a few steps from all, made BBQ'ing a breeze. The grass area was perfect for the kids (all ages) to hang out as we watched on. Two pools so if one contained kids, the singles or adults had the option to use the other pool. It was also a bonus to be so close to the pool just in case you forgot something. The condo was clean, lovely decorated, comfortable and the owners went out of their way by providing things to do and see for us (information, etc). Recommend to all ages with or without children. We will be back soon!!

A Fantastic Family Escape!

We recently stayed at this beautiful condo from 11-20 March 2014. When we arrived the condo was very clean and well stocked with needed items like cleaning supplies, toilet paper, beach towels, books, movies and coffee, etc! And it looked just like it did in the photos :) The location is perfect for any family - just across the street from a great beach and a 5 minute drive from many other fantastic beaches (with great snorkelling). We loved the atmosphere around the pool and BBQ pit - very friendly and a great place to chat with other families and find out about other activities/places to visit around the island. The hosts were very attentive and helpful, making it easy to plan our vacation from a far. The location was perfect! Very close to many great restaurants and beaches, but also in a central location to visit the rest of the island. We loved every minute of this vacation and highly recommend staying in this wonderful gem of a condo! We hope to make this an annual vacation :)

This condo is well equipped and has one of the best locations in the complex. Just a few steps to pool, BBQ, tennis courts and your car. PLUS it has a very private lanai and does not get the direct sun (at least not in Nov Dec) which means it is cool and comfortable all day in and out.

Great condo

We have stayed on this property many times over the past 10 years. We like the location because it is right across from a great beach and close enough to walk to shopping and restaurants. This was our first time in staying in a one bedroom. We were very glad that we were able to rent this unit from Dollie. She was very helpful and great to work with. The condo was clean and well maintained. The king size bed was really comfy!! We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed our time.

My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary in Maui, and we stayed in this condo. The unit looks exactly like the pictures and is in great condition. We were very pleased from the moment we walked in. The unit is well stocked - we really only needed to buy our own food. The owner arranged for a gift basket for my wife upon our arrival which was especially nice.

The back sliding glass door leads to a nice patio close to the BBQ area. The patio does not get direct sun - a good thing because you can relax outside very comfortably. You only need to walk a few steps outside and look to the left to see the ocean. Other units' guests were very kind too - we had lots of fun conversations at the BBQ. The whole complex is friendly. The unit is also close to the pool. From the patio, one can see and access the BBQ and pool very easily.

We arranged everything via email. The owner is very prompt and answers emails quickly. She told us to contact her if needed during our stay. There were NO hassles or stress of any kind.

I highly recommend this condo. It is in great shape. The owner is very kind, honest, and easy to work with!
