    Mini-week and weekend rentals (3-night minimum) available in the off-season (Sept-May). Availability during peak season (June-August) on last minute basis only.

    Rates vary depending upon season and rental period desired and are subject to change. Call or email owner directly for current rates and availability. Prompt response to all inquiries.

    There is a common area usage fee of $30 for weekly rentals during peak season (June-August).

    THIS IS NOT A HIGH SCHOOL/COLLEGE SENIOR RENTAL PROPERTY.
    One occupant must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the unit for the duration of the rental period.

    Check-in Saturday 3:00 pm. Check-out Saturday 11:00 am. Arrival and departure times flexible in the off-season.

We rented this condo for several days at Thanksgiving time. It was an excellent fit for our family, and the location is so convenient to so many things (movie theater, restaurants, outlets, etc.) The interior was lovely, very clean, well equipped, and the view of the ocean and the bay from the balcony and from inside the condo was breath-taking. Great time was had by all!!

Great Condo with gorgeous views of the ocean and bay! Sunrise and sunsets were spectacular! Weather was just perfect! Patti gave us a list of great restaurants. Wish we could have stayed another week. Hope to return next year.

A wonderful weekend away!

We are inexperienced vacationers, so you can imagine our delight when we walked into Patti and Jac's condo in Ocean City, MD! The decor was lovely, new and airy, and bright! But even better than that, was the most amazing view of the ocean and the bay...at the same time! We enjoyed just sitting in the kitchen area looking out at the vast ocean. The owners are very hospitable and easy to get along with! We hope to vacation there again and we definitely reccommend this place to anyone looking for a nice getaway!

This rental was immaculate! The decor is simple and tasteful with every amenity you could need. The beach is right outside your doorstep as well. Shopping, movies, and restaurants are all within walking distance. The owner was helpful and easily accessible. This is a lovely place.
