The Monthly Studio Rental is the ideal unit for individuals and couples! Contemporary meets Organic architecture in our Studio. This home is a cozy retreat nestled under majestic old oak trees. It features a king-size bed, a large closet, a comfortable living room area with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen and a full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and Rain shower. A beautiful stain-glass entry door leads to a private lawn surrounded by the park oak trees. External laundry room with a washer and dryer is available to use. Utilities (Water, Gas and Electricity), Wireless High-Speed Internet and Cable TV are included in our 1-to-5-month rental rates.

Our gated estate is nestled in the spectacular Toro Canyon with views of the Pacific Ocean and the Channel Islands and surrounded by the lush Los Padres National Forest. Our quiet and private resort is a few minutes from the Montecito Village, Santa Barbara, world class beaches and the Santa Barbara wine country.
