This renovated home features 6 beautiful bedrooms and 3 full luxurious bathrooms. You enter the home via a quartzite mudroom complete with solar tubes and a large coat closet. From the mudroom you will begin to see spectacular lake views through the large alder wood cased windows throughout the living room. The living room has comfortable couches, game table with games and puzzles, gas fireplace, Wi-Fi and a 42' flat screen TV with DVD player,and Wii game station. The gourmet kitchen has two ovens, gas stove top, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, and settings for 12. A breakfast bar that seats 3 divides the kitchen to the dining area with a table to seat 8-10 people. The backyard features two large outdoor tables, gas BBQ, two kayaks to enjoy the lake. A hot tub with stunning lake views to relax after a long day on the slopes or hiking. We also have a ping pong table and foosball table located in the garage. Fabulous location- Right in the middle of town, about a 5 minute drive to Heavenly and Casino's.

Regan Beach: Has a sand volleyball court, kid’s playground, and a snack bar. In the winter people cross country ski down on the beach when the water is low. It's also a great viewing area for the fireworks on the 4th of July and other holiday's the city provides firework shows over the lake. El Dorado Beach (Lakeview Commons Beach) is just down the street which is home to the free summer concert series.

Every Thursday starting June 28 through Sept. 6 from 4-8:30pm a different band will perform on a temporary stage that will be built in the sand. Spectators can sit – for free – on the terraced area or up top where there are picnic tables. Beer garden, food vendors and local artists.

Al Tahoe Neighborhood: Is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe. A boat launch (water depth dependent) is located at El Dorado Beach. Also at El Dorado Beach you can rent stand up paddle boards, kayaks, bikes, and other toys. Hi, This home has been in the family for 30+ years. I grew up in this home. I always enjoyed the beach right out the back. Down at Reagan Beach you will find a volleyball court, kids playground, large grassy field, and a seasonal snack shack. Over the years it has seen many remodeling projects. We recently completed a major remodel adding about 1,000 sf and 2 more bedrooms. The Master bedroom was also completely redesigned with a massive bath room.

This home is amazing and everything described and shown in the photos are exact. In fact I don't think the photos do the view/home justice...Absolutely GORGEOUS!!! Great location with amazing views from every window facing the lake; even prepping food and washing dishes was actually relaxing. Can't wait to come stay here again.

The cabin is about 4 minute driving distance to the csinos... has an AMAZING view to the lake. Great location!!... Pictures of rooms are exact... master Bedroom is incredible... Accomodated 12 people perfect... We had a few questions for the owner over the weekend and he nicely answered. It was a fabulous stay- really enjoyed!...

This is the second time for our group to stay here during the Tour de Tahoe bike ride. We are a group of 4 couples who love this home for its spaciousness, well-equipped kitchen, gorgeous lake views and proximity to shops, restaurants, activities and nightlife. This has it all! We love cooking some dinners in, leisurely breakfasts and having the option to go out. Take a short walk to Rude Brothers Bagels in the morning for fresh piping hot bagels, eat dinner at Latin Soul, and go for lots of hikes, bike rides and kayaking. Even though it's a bit of a drive, the Sand Harbor beach has a gorgeous setting for kayaking and beach going. Thanks for another memorable stay!

Girls Weekend

My girlfriends and I were looking for a nice relaxing place to stay to catch up and reminisce on old times. This cabin had everything we were looking for and the entire weekend was a blast. As soon as we arrived, the cabin was clean and the carpet was so soft to walk on (instant comfort)! I was lucky to get to stay in the master bedroom, and it was amazing! The shower is huge and there is lots of space to get ready. We loved the view of the lake and being so close to the water. I think this place is great for all kinds of travelers, from all adults, to a mix of kids and adults. We were a few short miles away from casinos, and the weekend could not have been better. We would love to stay here again soon and highly recommend it!
