This renovated home features 6 beautiful bedrooms and 3 full luxurious bathrooms. You enter the home via a quartzite mudroom complete with solar tubes and a large coat closet. From the mudroom you will begin to see spectacular lake views through the large alder wood cased windows throughout the living room. The living room has comfortable couches, game table with games and puzzles, gas fireplace, Wi-Fi and a 42' flat screen TV with DVD player. The gourmet kitchen has two ovens, gas stove top, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, and settings for 12. A breakfast bar that seats 3 divides the kitchen to the dining area with a table to seat 8-10 people. The backyard features a large outdoor table, gas BBQ, canoe and two kayaks to enjoy the lake. A hot tub with stunning lake views to relax after a long day on the slopes or hiking. Located about a 5 minute drive to Heavenly and Casino's. Facebook Page

  • The master bedroom is upstairs and the highlight of the house which features a king size bed a lounge area with a cozy couch to enjoy the lake views or just escape to watch TV while the gas fireplace keeps it nice and cozy. The Bear room is upstairs and has a queen size bed and decorated with an outdoor feeling. The other bedroom upstairs features a queen size bed with views of the lake. The office/bedroom is the last bedroom upstairs with a double sized bed. Downstairs has two bedrooms, both with queen sized beds.

Reagan Beach: Reagan Beach is only open in the summer and has a sand volleyball court, kid’s playground, and a snack bar. In the winter people cross country ski down on the beach when the water is low. It's also a great viewing area for the fireworks on the 4th of July and other holiday's the city provides firework shows over the lake.

Al Tahoe Neighborhood: The Al Tahoe neighborhood is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe. You have Reagan Beach out your back door and El Dorado Beach is down the street with a boat launch (water depth dependent) Also by El Dorado Beach you can rent waverunners, kayaks, bikes, and other toys. Many local hotspot restaurants are located on Harrison Ave at the end of Lakeview Ave. The casino's and Heavenly are about a 5 minute drive.

Great Location: You will love this location! The views of the lake are amazing, along with the sunsets over Mt. Tallac. It's also a great place to view the fireworks on July 4th and other holiday's they decide to shoot off fireworks over the lake. Reagan Beach is out your back door and El Dorado Beach is just down the street... Hidden Beach is the locals neighborhood beach. You can find it at the end of Lilly by heading west on Lakeview Ave towards the end you turn left on Belleview Ave and then right on Lilly, from there you have to walk through the meadow to the beach.

Sno Ball in Tahoe

We have all been going for eight years now for the March of Dimes Sno Ball tournament and have stayed at various cabins. We all agree, this was by far the best experience we have had due to accommodations. We have decided this is where we will stay every year. Home was completely stocked with all that you need, view is spectacular, very clean, beds comfortable and home overall beautiful. Thank You!

Great location - short walk to Truckee Marsh and Lake Tahoe vistas, short drive to grocery store, casinos, ski resorts, parks and trails

Great views and space for a group or a big family

We came in the winter with a large group of skiiers and non-skiiers, and everyone had a great time.

The lake views from the house and the hot tub would be simply wonderful at any time of year. The house is right on the lake with lots of nice walking, playground, etc nearby.

The master bedroom is spectacular. The photos probably didn't do the house justice - we were pleasantly surprised.

It is in a quiet area off the main road so you will need a car, but it is only a short drive to everything (stores/ski field/casino).

Place is spacious and huge!

The place is big and very comfortable. VERY close to the California lodge. If you go a bit further to the Stagecoach base, you get better skiing conditions. This place is also close to grocery stores, starbucks, ski rental, and casino area. Awesome owner to rent from.

GORGEOUS HOME

Fantastic home lots of room for our party of 12. Beautiful master suite with an amazing ultra shower. Wonderful sunsets from the master bedroom, living room and dining room. Gourmet kitchen which our chef called a delight to work in. We plan to make this an annual event. Skiing was good but the weather was even better. We enjoyed the delightful hot tub with numerous relaxing jets. The beds are set up for comfort with feather beds and down blankets. I felt like I was in a European hotel. The cleanliness of such a large house was commendable. I can see the pride the owner takes in offering this beautiful home for us to enjoy. Thank you we will be back. I can see a wedding on the front lawn with the lake in the background.
