We are accepting rentals starting December 2010. You feel the warm, glimmering sand under your feet and the sun extending its golden caresses onto your skin while the gentle breeze of the ocean toys with your hair. You listen to the sounds of waves breaking over waters dressed in tempting shades of blue and turquoise. Villa Carolina is a brand new, truly magnificent place. Located in Playa Paraiso between Playa Del Carmen and the lesser known Puerto Morelos, which is only 20-25 minutes away from the Cancun International Airport. Playa Paraiso is a private, gated and 24-hour secure community located on one of the best beaches in the world. It was masterfully designed and offers some of the best views of the Caribbean. 5-bedroom, 4.5 bath luxury vacation home which boast mahogany doors & cabinetry, granite countertops, Gourmet kitchen with viking cook top range with 24' griddle, infinity oceanside pool all located in the heart of the Riviera Maya will make you never want to leave

The Villa is just 25 minutes south of the Cancun International Airport, a quick 5 minute drive to Puerto Morelos and a 10-15 minute drive to Playa del Carmen in a quaint resort-type residential neighborhood in Playa Paraiso, which boasts one of the most beautiful beaches of the world. Distance to Airport (Cancun) – 25 minutes (31.5 km). Puerto Morelos – 5 minutes (5 km). Playa del Carmen – 10-15 minutes (15 km). Activities: You will enjoy the tranquility and relaxation you’ll experience in Playa Paraiso, but if you’re looking for activities, there is plenty to do in the area. Playa del Carmen and Cancun both offer many opportunities for dining, shopping, and nightlife.

  • Policies: Check in 3:00 p.m. Check out 11:00 a.m. Prices do not include 12% tax. All prices are in (USD). Prices subject to change without notice. Add $150.00 plus 12% tax per person, per week for persons over normal occupancy. Maximum 10 guests. Saturday to Saturday reservations preferred. We may consider flexible stays during the low season. No smoking. No pets.
  • Reservations: Please contact us by e-mail to confirm availability. Once we have confirmed your requested property and dates are available we will send you a rental agreement via e-mail or fax. This price includes up to 10 guests and is for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday only. A 50% deposit is required via check, money order or credit card (Visa or MasterCard only. Sorry, we do not accept Discover or American Express). The balance, tax and service charge is due 60 days prior to your arrival. We do recommend getting travel insurance through TravelGuard to protect against acts of god out of your control. The balance of the rental fee and the security deposit are due prior to 60 days before the rental period. Failure to send remaining fees may result in a cancellation of your reservation. You will receive an e-mail or fax receipt each time money is paid. Full confirmation will be sent once your final payment is received.
