Excellent place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at modanza villa, it is centrally located to almost everything. Arikok National Park and Donkey Sanctuary is close on one side and town and beaches are only a quick 5 minute drive on the other. There are 3 different easy access routes into town from here depending on where you would like to end up. House is very spacious and comfortable for 6 people. 1 king bed + 4 singles (2 in each bedroom), but can easily be pushed together if needed. Pool is nice, they come twice a week to clean it. House has nearly all utensils you will ever need if cooking there. Rear patio is very nice to just kick back and relax. There is a very large supermarket for groceries just a couple hundred feet up the road as well as a Dominos Pizza and a Subway. Would definitely stay here again. Staff (Rosie) were very friendly and showed us all around the house upon arrival.
