maid service is not what you think - they only make the beds and take out the trash- you clean everything else. Great views.
Owner's Response: The maid service problem has been fixed. This is managed through the Embassy Suites/Hilton company and has been rectified. Unfortunately the renter did not contact me during the stay to fix it on the first day.
