Studio/Efficiency

My wife and I stayed here for a few days in late June for the Mayor's Marathon and sightseeing day trips. The place is clean and bright and comfortable. It's small, but not too small for two people. It's also quiet at night, so getting some good sleep is easy. Bring an eye mask if you are there in the summer. It's light pretty much around the clock, and the shades in the apartment don't block the light out very well. We made use of the TV and the free wifi helped us out a lot. The kitchenette is tiny but served our needs well. We definitely would stay here again.

We stayed here on our first trip to Anchorage for the Mayors Marathon in June. It's a cute little studio apartment with all the necessities. It was clean (although could probably use some new towels), nicely located, and parking was very helpful. The only downfall was the sheer curtains during the summer months. It was a little hard to fall asleep with the bright room, but we improvised!
Sally is really nice and helpful and will answer any questions you have.

All in all it was a good stay and much cheaper than alternatives at the time.

It was just what we needed. A place to crash for the night after a full day of sight seeing. comfortable, clean, and washer and dryer that were a great bonus. Thank you for your help.
