We spent a few days last winter in this apartment. Its location is ideal for exploring Manhattan on foot, the Village, Chinatown, Little Italy, etc all within walking distance. The ecological café "Earth Matters" downstairs offers a grat choice for breakfast. The apartment is small but practical, and the owners very helpful. We would definetively come back.
