Located where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Calibogue Sound. This South beach condo offers beautiful beach views and are just steps away from the quaint shops, restaurants and fishing at South Beach Marina Village. This villa has a spacious living area with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Calibogue Sound. Our condo is equipped with a gourmet kitchen with new granite counters. Full size washer and dryer are located in the condo. After a day at the beach, take a dip in the beach front swimming pool in the complex or walk over to enjoy a sunset dinner at one of the outdoor dining venues.
