The home offers a large, completely custom kitchen with full walk-in pantry, three stunning bedrooms and a living area with a 42' flat screen TV and leather couches. In addition, the home has an outdoor shower, & brand new patio. Across the road, Pleasant Bay offers an ideal sandy beach and calm, warm water. It's a short two-minute walk for adults, or an even quicker car ride with kids. The beach is a town landing and is adjacent to a river entering the Bay, great fun for kids to explore!
