As you exit the elevator on the second floor and enter, the view is breathtaking. The condo has a security system with a new code assigned for each new arrival. This is a three floor complex with only five units. One is occupied by the owner. This is a second floor unit. There are two balconies, west & east. There is also a ground floor common area patio (shared with 4 other units) with a gas BBQ grill, outdoor shower and bike rack. Within a short walk away is the wave house fitness center with an Olympic sized swimming pool, restaurants, bars, liquor stores, food markets, gift shops.
Also within walking distance are bike rentals, kayak rentals, surfing lessons, beach volleyball, plus many, many more activities. Sport fishing & whale watching boats are just a few miles away, along with boat & jet ski rentals. There's so much to do that you need more than just one week. Whether you're looking for an active vacation or just want to relax, build sand castles, tan, walk the beach and take in the view, we know you won't ever want to leave this beautiful place.
